Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Predictive Value of a Treatment Decision-Model for Pediatric Nasal Bone Fractures Based on Quantified Imaging Parameters: A Research Study Inclusion Criteria (1) Children diagnosed with closed nasal bone fractures via physical examination and nasal CT scan at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University, due to nasal trauma between January 2019 and September 2028; (2) Age <= 18 years; (3) Completed nasal CT imaging examination with complete, clear, and evaluable imaging data; (4) Complete clinical medical records, including but not limited to gender, age, mechanism of injury, clinical symptoms, physical examination, imaging reports, and final treatment decision (conservative treatment or surgical reduction). 2. Construction of a Stepwise Training System for Precision Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Nasal Bone Fractures a. Pediatric Participants Inclusion Criteria (1) Children diagnosed with closed nasal bone fractures via physical examination and nasal CT scan at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University, due to nasal trauma between December 2025 and September 2028; (2) Age <= 18 years; (3) Evaluation of nasal appearance and nasal ventilation function by two or more otolaryngology specialists, followed by a joint decision with the patient's family to undergo closed reduction of nasal bone fracture; (4) Complete clinical medical records, including but not limited to gender, age, mechanism of injury, clinical symptoms, physical examination, and imaging reports. b. Physician Participants Inclusion Criteria (1) Specialist physicians working in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University, between December 2025 and September 2028; (2) Experience in independently performing traditional closed reduction of nasal bone fractures; (3) Voluntary participation in the study, with a commitment to complete all training courses and at least 10 clinical practical cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Predictive Value of a Treatment Decision-Model for Pediatric Nasal Bone Fractures Based on Quantified Imaging Parameters: A Research Study Exclusion Criteria (1) History of previous nasal surgery, craniofacial congenital deformity, craniofacial bone tumor, or metabolic bone disease; (2) Missing, incomplete clinical or imaging data, or data of insufficient quality for accurate analysis. 2. Construction of a Stepwise Training System for Precision Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Nasal Bone Fractures a. Pediatric Participants Exclusion Criteria (1) Open nasal bone fractures or concomitant complex facial fractures (e.g., naso-orbito-ethmoidal fractures, comminuted fractures of the frontal process of the maxilla); (2) History of previous nasal surgery, craniofacial congenital deformity, craniofacial bone tumor, or metabolic bone disease; (3) Presence of severe systemic diseases, coagulation disorders, uncontrolled infections, or other contraindications to surgery; (4) Concomitant other severe trauma requiring urgent management (e.g., intracranial injury, thoracic/abdominal organ injuries). b. Physician Participants Exclusion Criteria (1) Prior formal experience in performing real-time ultrasound-guided nasal bone reduction; (2) Inability to complete the entire training program and assessments during the study period due to reasons such as rotation, advanced study, or leave.
