Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: CKD Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age over 18 years, with a clear clinical diagnosis of CKD. 2. Laboratory tests completed within 3 days before the multimodal MRI examination; neuropsychological scale assessments conducted 1 hour before the multimodal MRI scan. 3. Right-handed. Healthy Control Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. No significant brain damage as assessed by neuropsychological scales. 2. Previously healthy, with no history of hypertension or diabetes. 3. Gender, age, and education level matched with the CKD group. 4. Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Current or previous history of mental or neurodegenerative diseases, such as schizophrenia, etc. 2. Current or past history of serious physical illness, such as craniocerebral trauma. 3. There is a history of alcohol abuse; 2.A history of drug or poison dependence or abuse. 4. Combined with autoimmune diseases, metabolic encephalopathy, thyroid or parathyroid dysfunction, etc. 5. Those with severe visual or auditory impairments or language disorders that cannot be evaluated on neuropsychological scales. 6. Those with contraindications to MRI.
