Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) confirmed by pathological examination or two types of radiological imaging techniques. (2) Child-Pugh class A or B. (3) Presence of at least one measurable tumor lesion, defined according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1). (4) At least one imaging examination performed within 3 months prior to the initiation of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of other primary tumors. (2) Non-adherence to lenvatinib combined with sintilimab treatment. (3) History of prior surgical treatment. (4) Non-hepatitis B virus (HBV)/hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. (5) Unacceptable toxic reactions. (6) Incomplete follow-up data.
