Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>18 years old, gender not limited; 2. Meets DME related diagnostic criteria ; 3. Has not received intravitreal injection therapy in the past; 4. Be informed and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combining other eye diseases or macular edema caused by other reasons; 2.Merge other organic diseases of the heart, liver, and kidney, malignant tumors, and leukemia; 3.Patients with eye or periocular infections; 4.Patients with active intraocular inflammation; 5.Patients who are known to be allergic to Fariximab or any excipients; 6.Other situations that researchers consider inappropriate.
