Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were aged 18 to 90 years ; 2.Diagnosed with glaucoma on the basis of an IOP >=30 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa) and receiving the maximum dose of antiglaucoma medication with or without a history of previous glaucoma surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a recent history of active inflammation of the eye; 2.Patients who failed to complete the scheduled follow-ups for various reasons; 3.Patients whose AL was 36.5 mm or whose white-to white corneal diameter (WTW) was > 13 mm, so there was no suitable probe model for surgery; 4.Patients who were pregnant; 5.Patients with a history of either refractory surgery, retinal detachment, or an ocular tumour.
