Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 65 and above; 2. Patients planning to undergo painless gastroscopy examination; 3. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grades I-III; 4. Having normal cognitive and communication skills; 5. The informed consent form has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe heart disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Existence of cognitive impairment; 3. Severe obesity (BMI >35 kg/m^2) or emaciation (BMI <18.5 kg/m^2); 4. There is a history of allergies or adverse reactions to research drugs, as well as a long-term history of using analgesics.
