Conditions

Contrast-induced nephropathy is defined as an absolute increase in serum creatinine level of = 0.5 mg/dL (44.2 µmol/L) within 48 to 72 hours after contrast agent administration, or a relative increase in serum creatinine level of = 25% compared to baseline values.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age less than 18 years old; 2.receive CT scan; 3.A baseline serum creatinine (Scr) test result is recorded prior to the examination. 4.Serum creatinine (Scr) test results are available within 48 to 72 hours before and after the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or on long-term dialysis; 2.Missing key data (e.g., baseline Scr, contrast agent dose not recorded);
