18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: between the ages of 18 and 65; 2: The patient was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and had received endoscopic sinus surgical treatment; 3: Patients with chronic sinusitis who were partially controlled after surgery were evaluated according to EPOS 2020 guidelines; 4: Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and other vital organ diseases; 2: Have an immune deficiency or are receiving immunosuppressive treatment; 3: Pregnant or lactating women; 4: Allergic to fluticasone propionate or other steroid drugs; 5: Have mental or cognitive disorders, unable to cooperate with research requirements; 6: Recent use of other local or systemic nasal treatment drugs 7: Other conditions considered inappropriate for participation in this study
