Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Acute ischemic stroke in the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines; 2) No visual field defect or lateral neglect, no other serious internal or surgical diseases, and cooperation in examination. 3) There is no unconscious disorder, and the patient can understand and cooperate with the ophthalmic examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Consciousness disorder 2) Cerebral hemorrhage 3) Previous history of mental illness; 4) Severe insufficiency of heart, lung, kidney and other functions; 5) Malignant tumor 6) Active infection 7) Death or inability to complete the follow-up visit.
