Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points of Diagnosis for Major Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and is confirmed as a stroke by medical imaging (CT or MRI). 2.Age is 18-59 years old; 3.Conscious and able to communicate normally, capable of clearly expressing one's own wishes. 4.After explanation, agreed to voluntarily participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Had mental illness or psychological disorders before hospitalization; 2.Significant personal or family changes have occurred within the past 2 years, such as divorce, loss of a loved one, etc. 3.Those with significant organ dysfunction or severe lesions;
