Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose histopathology clearly indicates SLCL and who have not received surgical treatment; 2. The clinical stage is extensive, with an ECOG score of 0-1. 3. The patient has undergone at least four cycles of platinum-based chemoradiotherapy combined with immunotherapy. 4. All clinical and follow-up data, imaging evaluations, and hematological indicators are complete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent patients; 2. Patients with active systemic inflammation; 3. There is clear evidence of acute or chronic infection before treatment; 4. Patients with concurrent immune diseases and other malignant tumors; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients who need long-term systemic sex hormones; 7. Patients who have undergone four to six cycles of treatment and developed granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia, or who have used white blood cell boosting injections and platelet boosting drugs
