Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese university students; 2. Since this study is a psychoeducational project, anyone who voluntarily signs up and experiences some social anxiety can participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Situations where there is suicidal ideation or a crisis; 2. Those who are currently suffering from social anxiety disorder or other mental illnesses
