Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for gastric cancer patients: (1) Patients aged 18–65 years; (2) Patients clinically and pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer (GC), accompanied by ascites; (3) Patients who have not received any radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; (4) Patients with complete clinical and pathological data (including age, sex, tumor differentiation, TNM staging, lymph node staging, etc.); 2. Inclusion criteria for liver cirrhosis patients: (1) Patients aged 18–65 years; (2) Patients clinically and pathologically diagnosed with primary liver cirrhosis via liver biopsy, accompanied by ascites; (3) Patients with complete clinical data (including age, sex, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organic or functional diseases of the kidney, heart, brain, or other organs; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Having other primary malignant tumors; 4. Mental disorders, unable or unwilling to cooperate with follow-up and re-examination; 5. Currently participating in any other treatment clinical trials.
