Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, aged between 14 and 17 years old (inclusive). 2.BMI less than 30 kg/m^2. 3.In good health, with no major medical history or special injuries. 4.Voluntarily participate in this study, obtain consent from the guardian, sign the informed consent form, and follow the instructions and arrangements of the coach during the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The attendance rate did not reach 95%. 2. Due to special circumstances, they were unable to continue participating in the training. 3. During the experiment, they did not follow the coach's instructions and violated the training discipline.
