Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient samples with preoperative adjuvant treatment after using osimertinib and elevated ALT/AST, or patient samples with advanced cancer and liver metastasis undergoing biopsy, while collecting the adjacent normal tissue samples from tumor patients with similar tumor stages but without corresponding toxicities as controls. There is no special specification for the type of tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other unexplained liver or lung damage.
