Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for medical staff: (1) Medical personnel who have obtained a medical qualification certificate and are engaged in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) work; (2) Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. 2. Inclusion criteria for pediatric patients: (1) Children under 18 years old who are receiving HSCT; (2) Caregivers with cognitive understanding and language ability; (3) Parents provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for medical staff: (1) Doctors and nurses on advanced training or internship; (2) Medical staff who are on sick leave or otherwise absent from duty. 2. Exclusion criteria for pediatric patients: (1) Children who already have oral mucositis (OM) before receiving HSCT; (2) Caregivers who are not relatives during the transplantation period.
