Inteventional group:Weaning trial may be considered when FiO2 150 mmHg.
Control group:Traditional weaning methods are employed, including assessment of the underlying disease, circulatory function, oxygenation, and pulmonary function. Weaning trial may be considered if th
(2) Only minimal vasopressor support is required, such as norepinephrine dosage 150 mmHg
(4) Respiratory rate < 20 breaths per minute.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with an expected mechanical ventilation duration exceeding 48 hours 2 Hemoglobin >= 100 g/L; 3 ALT <= 1.5 x 10^9 U/L)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 It is expected that mechanical ventilation will be required for less than 48 hours.2 It is expected to die or be discharged voluntarily within 48 hours; 3 The patient's family members do not agree to enrollment
