Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke; 2. Admission within 7 days of symptom onset; 3. The patient and/or family members sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2. Patients with a pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale score greater than 2; 3. Individuals unable to participate in neuropsychological examinations due to hearing impairments, lack of coordination, or neurological deficits, including severe aphasia.
