15 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All are students in school. 2) Have more than 2 years of strength training experience. 3) Have not suffered from illness or injury in the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Did not complete more than 80% of the experimental intervention. 2) Experienced injury during the experimental intervention
