Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revised Edition); 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 3. Be a permanent resident of Tianjin Municipality; 4. Possess the ability to use a smartphone and, following instruction, operate the digital therapy application; 5. Not currently engaged in any other internet-based smart health management programmes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with visual, auditory, or cognitive impairments preventing normal communication; 2. Those with a history of psychiatric disorders rendering them non-cooperative; 3. Patients with concomitant severe organic heart disease, malignant tumours, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or similar conditions; 4. Individuals unable to utilise smart medication sensors, or those in a state of extreme physical debility.
