55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55–80 years, with >=6 years of education; 2. Meets Petersen MCI diagnostic criteria (MMSE >= 24); 3. Subjective memory decline for >= 6 months, with largely intact activities of daily living; 4. Able to use a tablet computer or complete game tasks with family assistance; 5. Signs a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed dementia or severe mental illness; 2. Moderate to severe visual, hearing, or motor impairment; 3. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, or unstable chronic conditions; 4. Participation in other cognitive intervention trials; 5. Individuals currently receiving medication or other non-study interventions (such as specialised cognitive training programmes, physiotherapy, etc.) to improve cognitive function.
