Remimazolam Group (Group R) :Intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.1 µg·kg^-1 combined with remimazolam 0.2 mg·kg^-1
Propofol Group (Group P):Intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.1 µg·kg^-1 combined with propofol 2 mg·kg^-1

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.0-25.0 kg/m^2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification ?-?; 4. Gender: no restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to propofol, soybeans, or eggs; 2. Use of sedative/analgesic drugs or monoamine oxidase inhibitors within the past week; 3. History of drug/alcohol abuse (alcohol intake > 40 g/day); 4. Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (STOP-Bang score >= 3 points); 5. Difficult airway (Modified Mallampati Classification ?-?).
