Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke confirmed by brain CT or MRI, with lesions in the left cerebral hemisphere; 2. First episode, single lesion, disease duration between 15 and 30 days, able to sit independently in a wheelchair for 1 hour; 3. Non-fluent aphasia diagnosed according to the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) criteria: Aphasia Quotient (AQ) < 93.8, speech fluency score 0–4; 4. Native Chinese speakers; 5. Primary school education or above; 6. No epilepsy or severe somatic diseases; 7. Right-handed; 8. Conscious and cooperative; 9. Patients and their families have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing language disorders prior to the current episode or those with severe dysarthria complicating the current condition; 2. Patients with concurrent neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease) causing speech disorders; 3. Patients with epilepsy or other severe somatic diseases; 4. Patients with visual, auditory, or cognitive impairments affecting language assessment and treatment; 5. Patients with metallic foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices.
