Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.ASA I~III; 3.Women in labor;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary function disease; 2.severe cerebrovascular disease; 3.severe liver and kidney function disease (Child-Pugh C, renal replacement therapy); 4.severe nervous system disease; 5.preoperative cognitive impairment (mini-mental state Examination score <= 23 points); 6.use of antipsychotic drugs; 7.alcohol abuse; 8.long-term opioid or other analgesic drugs; 9.inability to understand the postoperative recovery scale; 10.inability to understand the pain rating scale; 11.inability to provide informed consent;
