Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis according to the "Guidelines for the Management of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis (2021)" (11) ; 2. Patients who can communicate normally and are over 18 years old; 3. First onset, with a course of less than 24 hours; 4. Patients with serum amylase or lipase activity exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken one or more immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, or anticoagulant drugs in the past month; 2. Patients with severe underlying diseases such as liver, heart, and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with gastric or intestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.; 4. Patients with malignant tumors or allergic reactions; 5. Patients with severe malnutrition; 6. Patients who have received nutritional support or total parenteral nutrition support before admission; 7.Pregnant or lactating female patients; 8. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
