Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From December 2015 to January 2025, a retrospective analysis was performed on children who were first diagnosed with TMA at Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. Inclusion Criteria: (1) Met the clinical diagnosis of TMA; (2) Age< 18 years old. Diagnostic criteria for TMA include: (1) microangiopathic hemolytic anemia (hemoglobin < 100 g/L, elevated lactate dehydrogenase, and broken red blood cells on peripheral blood smear); (2) thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 150×109/L); (3) Organ damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with a history of TMA; (2) Children who have been treated in other hospitals for more than 4 weeks; (3) Children with missing data.
