18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic disorders of consciousness resulting from traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular accidents or hypoxic encephalopathy, etc. 2.Course of disease > = 28 days; 3.Age should meet > = 18 years old and < = 80 years old; 4.Patients or family members signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications for MRI; 2.Combined with a life-threatening illness or the risk of worsening at any time; 3.Combined with major neurological deficits, such as mental retardation, aphasia or deafness; 4.Data missing or unable to follow-up; 5.Lack of proficiency in the Chinese language
