6 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 6 to 16 years, no gender restriction; 2. Spherical equivalent refractive error: -9.00 D to +3.00 D; 3. All participants must undergo at least three follow-up visits, with a follow-up duration of one year or longer; 4. The red light therapy device in the treatment group must be used for one year or longer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having amblyopia; 2. Suffering from congenital eye diseases, such as congenital cataract, congenital retinal disease; 3. Secondary myopia (such as myopia secondary to retinopathy of prematurity or other ocular diseases in infancy), or myopia combined with systemic syndromes (such as Marfan syndrome); 4. Those who have undergone intraocular surgery (such as cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation, etc.); 5. Those with opacities in the refractive media (such as corneal lesions, lens opacities, etc.); 6. Abnormal intraocular pressure (intraocular pressure 21 mmHg or interocular pressure difference >= 5 mmHg); 7. Patients with fundus retinal lesions or other intraocular diseases; 8. Patients with optic nerve damage or congenital optic nerve dysfunction; 9. Other reasons deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the project by the research doctor.
