Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old upon admission to the ICU; 2. ECMO support for more than 24 hours; 3. Received sedative and analgesic medication treatment within 72 hours before ECMO; 4. Received sedative and analgesic medication treatment within 14 days after ECMO catheterization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who had been intubated outside the hospital for more than 24 hours before transfer; 3. Patients who died within 48 hours after ECMO was initiated; 4. The missing rate of drug dose records in electronic medical records > 20% .
