Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Possession of a valid Nurse Practicing Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 2. At least 1 year of work experience in geriatric nursing; 3. Proficiency in independent operation of electronic devices; 4. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participation in death education training or palliative care training within the past 6 months; 2. Nurses absent during the study period (e.g., on maternity leave, sick leave, external advanced training or academic studies); 3. Standardized training nurses and student nurses; 4. VR motion sickness; 5. Nurses who are unable to complete the death education training of this study due to various reasons.
