Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria is clearly written here: 1. To be eligible for the study, participants must meet ALL of the following criteria: 2. Be an expectant father (biological or non-biological partner) aged 18 years or older. 3. Be a first-time father (no prior live births from partners or parenting experience). 4. Have a partner who is in the third trimester of pregnancy (more than 28 weeks gestation). 5. Be able to speak and understand Cantonese, and read and write Chinese. 6. Be able to provide written informed consent in electronic format (digital signature via online system). 7. Be willing to participate in the study. 8. Have access to an electronic device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with internet connectivity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet ANY of the following criteria: 1. Have a known psychiatric diagnosis or are under active psychiatric care. 2. Have a partner whose pregnancy is complicated by significant medical, obstetrical, or fetal conditions (as determined by the clinical team). 3. Have prior parenting experience (including from previous relationships). 4. Decline to participate or provide informed consent.
