Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with histopathologically confirmed primary lung cancer according to the WHO 2021 classification criteria; 2.Presence of recurrent or metastatic lesions with pathological confirmation of the lesions; 3.Pathological information definitively characterized by immunohistochemistry (IHC);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Personal history of other malignancies; 2.Patients with synchronous multiple primary lung cancers (confirmed by histopathological and molecular criteria per IASLC guidelines); 3.Pathological specimens indeterminate for histological classification after comprehensive IHC/NGS analysis; 4.Cases with ambiguous origin (primary vs. metastatic) despite multidisciplinary review; 5.Other conditions contraindicating study participation as assessed by investigators;
