Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for unilateral lobectomy or segmentectomy under thoracoscopy;ASA I~III;Age: 18 to 75 years old;BMI19~28kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;significant abnormalities in liver and kidney functions; history of pulmonary insufficiency such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease preoperative pulmonary function (FEV1) measurement value lower than 60% of the predicted value; expected operation time exceeding 3 hours or less than 1 hour pulmonary or systemic infection; pregnancy; severe mental illness that makes effective communication impossible; previous lung surgery on the contralateral side; abnormal airway anatomy shown by chest CT that makes single-lung ventilation impossible;those considered unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
