25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select healthy women aged 20 to 35, and for those who have given birth, 42 days after the completion of delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological disorders: individuals with neurological disorders such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc. were excluded; 2.Significant physical illness: exclude individuals with cardiovascular disease such as unstable angina, recent heart attack, or severe arrhythmia; 3.Mental illness: exclude individuals with severe cognitive impairment or mental health problems; 4.History of pelvic surgery: exclude individuals who have recently undergone pelvic surgery (e.g., within the past 6 months); 5.Substance Use: Exclude individuals who use medications that may affect pelvic floor function (e.g., diuretics, antidepressants, anticholinergics); 6.Pregnancy: exclude women who are pregnant.
