18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-50 years old; 50 > BMI >= 37.5; no contraindications to GLP-1 receptor agonist application; no contraindications to sleeve gastrectomy; voluntarily join this project and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of GLP-1 receptor agonist use within the past six months; history of bariatric surgery; limb disability affecting daily activities; severe cardiopulmonary disease or anatomical abnormalities of the airway that increase anesthesia risk.
