Interventions

High dose group:Induction of anesthesia with Micuronium chloride(0.21mg/kg)+propofol+sufentanil

Low-dose group:Induction of anesthesia with Micuronium chloride(0.07mg/kg)+propofol+sufentanil

Medium dose group:Induction of anesthesia with Micuronium chloride(0.14mg/kg)+propofol+sufentanil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask,short surgery(>10min<1h); 2. 18-65 years old; 3. ASA classification I-II; 4. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 5. Able to cooperate and communicate, and complete follow-up indicators; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused; 2. Allergies to research drugs; 3. Patients who have been using opioids, benzodiazepines and other addictive drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with myasthenia gravis or abnormal metabolism of muscle relaxants; 5. Patients with clear difficult airways or difficulty in placing laryngeal masks; 6. Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
