Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as high-risk infants; 2. For corrected gestational age <45 weeks, undergo routine cranial MRI examination; 3. Complete at least one standardized neurodevelopmental follow-up assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing Gesell scale; 2. Incomplete perinatal clinical data; 3. Poor MRI image quality or major intracranial structural lesions; 4. Repeated multiple examinations; 5. Failure in image segmentation or feature extraction.
