Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I - II . 2.No gender restrictions. 3.Age over 65 years old . 4.BMI18 to 30. 5.No serious diseases of vital organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative diaphragmatic dysfunction or concurrent neuromuscular related diseases and related drug use history, previous chest and abdominal trauma and surgical history, and preoperative severe cardiovascular, lung, kidney or hematological diseases. During the operation, it was converted to open surgery. The duration of artificial pneumoperitoneum was less than 0.5 hours or more than 3 hours. It was difficult to cooperate with ultrasound examination after the operation. Intraoperative rescue was required. After extubation, additional opioid or sedative drugs were needed.
