Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal Insomnia Patient Group (Insomnia Group): 1.Female patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Non-Organic Sleep Disorder (referencing ICD-10); 2.Age range: 45 to 60 years; 3.a PSQI score of >=8; 4.Participants presenting with perimenopausal symptoms; Perimenopausal group without insomnia (control group) 1. Women aged 45-60; 2. No insomnia or insomnia symptoms in the past year; 3. Accompanied by perimenopausal symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders, including severe anxiety and depression (defined as GAD-7 >=15 and PHQ-9 >=20); 2.Patients who have taken medications such as sedative-hypnotics, sex hormones, antibiotics, or glucocorticoids within the 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3.Patients who have taken antipsychotic medications within the 6 months prior to the medical consultation; 4.Patients who, within the 3 days preceding the examination, have experienced events disrupting normal sleep rhythms (such as staying up all night) or have a history of alcohol abuse, habitual consumption of strong tea, or caffeine abuse; 5.Patients with a history of reproductive system tumors, such as ovarian cancer.
