Interventions

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group :Patients received standard post-PCI pharmacotherapy and an 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction program.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 75 years, who have been diagnosed with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) and have successfully undergone Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) one month prior; 2. Patients or their legal guardians are able to fully understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients without severe mental disorders or cognitive impairment, and who are able to comply with the study requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other severe organic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, etc.) that may influence the study outcomes; 2. Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the results of this study.
