Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of rectal cancer. 2. Patients treated with chemotherapy alone or immunotherapy. 3. A minimum of one-year follow-up for all patients, with available data on endpoint events. 4. Availability of pathological reports from primary tumor biopsy or surgical resection, including tumor type and differentiation grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Histological types identified as mucinous adenocarcinoma or signet-ring cell carcinoma. 2. Presence of concurrent or previous other malignant tumors. 3. Any form of anti-tumor treatment administered prior to the baseline MRI examination. 4. Absence of radiological assessments before and after the chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
