Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-70,ASAI-III;BMI 18-30 kg/m²;(>1);.Age 18-70 years old, ASA grade I-III; BMI 18-30 kg/m²; It is planned to perform elective general anesthesia surgery (estimated duration > 1 hour); Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular diseases (EF 2 times the upper limit, Cr >133 µmol/L); long-term use of opioids or benzodiazepines (>3 months); predicted difficult airway (Mallampati grade III-IV, thyromental distance <6 cm); history of epilepsy or myoclonus-related neurological diseases; allergy to the study drug.
