Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Study participants previously enrolled in the " Construction of an mHealth-Based Multi-faceted Cardiovascular Health Intervention Model and Optimization of Health Evaluation Pathways in Overweight/Obese Individuals with Cardiometabolic Preconditions: A Mixed-Methods Study"project, their family members, and Primary care medical staff; 2. According to the compliance rates of diet and physical activity, study participants will be selected from those with relatively high and low compliance rates; 3. Written informed consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to communicate fluently in Mandarin 2. Severe speech or hearing impairment 3. Severe mental health condition 4. Other diseases that seriously affect the conduct of in-depth individual interviews
