Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed non-keratinising nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma meeting criteria for radical chemoradiotherapy (Stages III-IVa, UICC/AJCC 8th Edition); 3. First-line systemic therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs); 4. Age 18–70 years; 5. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >=70; 6. No significant hepatic or renal disease, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, or severe endocrine/metabolic disorders that would preclude initial radiotherapy/chemotherapy; 7. Complete clinical baseline data; 8. Ability to communicate using normal language or writing; 9. Signed informed consent; 10. Willingness to undergo regular assessments and comply with trial requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of distant metastasis (M1); 2. Previous radiotherapy to the head and neck region or systemic antineoplastic therapy; 3. Prior surgical treatment for primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma or metastatic cervical lymph nodes; 4. Concurrent diagnosis of a second primary malignancy at the time of nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis, or history of other malignancies prior to nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis; 5. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score <70; 6. Comorbidities such as history of severe pulmonary or cardiac disease; 7. Active autoimmune disease; 8. Pregnant or lactating patients; 9. Loss to follow-up or missing key treatment/outcome data; 10. Cognitive impairment affecting comprehension of nutritional assessment questions.
