Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor confirmed by postoperative pathology; 2. Primary, localized gastrointestinal stromal tumor with no other concurrent tumors; 3. Underwent R0 surgical resection; 4. Complete clinical medical records, examination results, and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients who have received other anti-tumor treatments before surgery; 3. Patients with distant metastasis or adjacent organ invasion who only undergo palliative surgery; 4. Cases with significant missing clinical records, examination results, or follow-up data.
