Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gallstones and exhibiting symptoms or laboratory abnormalities consistent with choledocholithiasis. CBD stones diagnosed via magnetic resonance cholangio-pancreatography (MRCP) or CT, recurrent episodes of biliary colic and cholangitis, a history of obstructive jaundice, and a history of biliary pancreatitis; 2. ASA 1-4; 3. Age between 18 and 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cholangitis, hepatolithiasis, Mirizzi syndrome diagnosed by MRCP, suspected bile duct or gallbladder cancer, negative bile duct explorations since spontaneous passage of small bile duct stones is very common; 2. Pregnancy or Cirrhosis Child Pugh C; 3. Stenosis or deformity of the common bile duct; 4. Individuals with intrahepatic bile duct stones; 5. Blood coagulation function disabled; 6. Individuals with mental disorders or serious organ dysfunction; 7. The diameter of the common bile duct is less than 6mm; 8. Patients with insufficient clinical data.
