65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 65 years. 2 Scheduled to undergo unilateral total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis. 3 Able to communicate verbally and in writing, or able to communicate without after visual or hearing correction. 4 Agree to receive continuous follow-up for 3 consecutive months after discharge. 5 Voluntarily participate in postoperative rehabilitation therapy and this study, with informed consent provided by the patient themselves or their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of lower limb surgery within the past 6 months. 2 Presence of comorbid psychiatric disorders, inability to complete the study assessments, or unwillingness to cooperate. 3 Comorbid neurological disorders or other severe major organ damage.
