Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Current university students who are 18 years old or older. Ensure that participants are legal adults, capable of independently signing the informed consent form, and able to assume corresponding research responsibilities. At the same time, the sample is limited to the university student population to ensure the homogeneity of the research subjects and the relevance of the research questions; 2. Native speakers of Chinese (Mandarin), or individuals with fluent reading and writing skills in Chinese. The core intervention of the study (providing "stream-of-consciousness" texts) and all assessment tools (scales, questionnaires) are in Chinese. Participants must have fluent Chinese comprehension and expression abilities to ensure they can provide valid "stream-of-consciousness" materials and accurately understand AI-generated narratives and scale questions; 3. A history of severe mental or neurodevelopmental disorders without a doctor's diagnosis (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, autism spectrum disorder, etc.). These conditions may significantly affect an individual's thought organization, emotional state, and self-insight, thereby confounding research results; 4. Currently enrolled in a full-time higher education institution, with education levels ranging from freshman to graduate student.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to understand the research content or process. Unable to comprehend the content of the informed consent form, or, as judged by the researcher, unable to follow research instructions to complete tasks. Ensure that participants voluntarily participate with full knowledge and can effectively complete research tasks, thereby ensuring the quality of the data; 2. Having a professional background related to artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or psychology. Such professional knowledge may affect their perception and response to interventions (e.g., forming preconceived judgments about the mechanisms of AI-generated content), thereby introducing bias.
