18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients underwent thoracoscopic cardiac valve surgery; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification III–IV; 4. New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class III or below; 5. Informed consent obtained, with voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. NYHA Class IV heart failure; 2. Pulmonary hypertension; 3. Complex aortic root surgery; 4. Patients undergoing deep hypothermia extracorporeal circulation; 5. Patients with local anaesthetic allergy; 6. Pregnant women.
