Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were Chinese school children, aged from 9 to 24. The inclusion criteria included: having basic cognitive understanding ability and language expression ability, and being able to independently complete questionnaires and behavioral tasks; Be in good health and able to participate in normal sports activities; The guardian signed the informed consent form and the subject himself agreed to participate. It can ensure that all the measurement and intervention links are completed within the study cycle. Exclusion criteria included a previous diagnosis of a serious psychological or neurological disorder (e.g., depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, etc.);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receiving psychotherapy or taking mood/cognitive medications; Have a serious physical illness or physical disability (such as heart disease, epilepsy, etc.) that affects the ability to exercise; As well as individuals who may not be able to complete the intervention and evaluation due to transfer or suspension of school. In this study, resting-state electroencephalogram (EEG) was used as a neuromeasurement tool, which did not involve MRI examination related operations.
